Phones are getting smarter and becoming the hub of an active life. The challenge is, typing on a small keyboard is not comfortable or convenient. So why not make it easy and use virtual assistants to get information using voice? I’m attending South By Southwest for the first time, later this week. I have to say, already I find SXSW to be overwhelming — and I’m not even there yet!
